We have hired Opal twice over the last five years to do major bathroom renovations for our homes, and they even helped us with a major kitchen renovation project as well. The second renovation projects was done during the pandemic. They were absolutely outstanding in every way. They completed the projects on time and on budget, they solved unforeseen problems that came up to our complete satisfaction. Their design team, site crews and all of their subcontractors were top notch. They even collaborated and assisted other contractors who were in our home doing work unrelated to to the project we hired them for. We are demanding customers and they delivered above and beyond our expectations. We are fortunate to have such a great business in our local community. August 20, 2021We would highly recommend Opal Bath to complete any bathroom renovation you would have. The entire team from Angela (designer and co-ordinator) did an amazing job from start to finish. She has a great designer flare and knows her products! Her organization on keeping things on track was the best. We had the pleasure of meeting Scott and Kyle as they completed our two bathrooms. They were kind, professional and always on time. Cleaned up each day before leaving. It was like they were never around! All subcontractors used were very nice as well and always on time. Our projects were completed on time with no delays. The finished bathrooms look amazing and we have already been referring our family and friends to Opal Bath! Thank you all for your amazing work!

I searched online for a specific shower system to accommodate an open bathtub that I could only find in the US. Opal Baths was able to provide what I needed, and the product was top notch! It made all the difference in providing the look, feel and durability I was looking for.

Steve was fantastic in assisting us to design a bathroom that would best serve our future needs...and giving us that WOW factor we wanted...and Mike and his crew made it all happen. The work started and finished on time and there were zero hiccups along the way. From day to day we were kept abreast of what would happen the next day, and we were never disappointed. Opal Bath & Design renovated 3 bathrooms last month and from start to finish they were extremely helpful and professional. Ralph Kaeufler, our Sales & design Associate was excellent to work with and very skilled in pulling together what we wanted and in helping us with product and colour selections. The final plan that Ralph presented was exactly what we had envisioned, only better. The installers, including the plumbers and electricians were skilled, thorough and respectful. We highly recommend Opal Bath & Design.

They were more pricy than if we had tried to do some of it ourselves, but they finished on-time, on budget, and made suggestions where we could save some money. That is real value to me. The after-care service has been wonderful as well. They definitely stand by their work.
